01Built into your audits
A gap in the audit becomes a course.
Courses are mapped to the audit questions they help you answer. When an audit shows a training gap, the course is recommended right there — and the certificate files itself as evidence.
- 1Your audit spots the gap
“Are volunteers who handle member details given a short briefing?” — answered “No”.
- 2The right course is suggested
GDPR for club volunteers, assigned to everyone who needs it with organisation seats.
- 3Certificates become evidence
Each completion is added under Club GDPR › Training, with the date, the learning hours and a verify code.

03Questions
Before you enrol.
Each certificate states the learning hours, based on the course’s learning time. AuditGlass isn’t a CPD-accredited provider, so a certificate says “CPD hours” only when the course names its accrediting body and reference. Whether a professional body accepts learning hours for self-declared CPD is up to that body. Every certificate has a public verify code.
Every course is mapped by the AuditGlass team to the audit stages it supports. When someone in your organisation completes it, the certificate is added to that stage’s evidence automatically — you can remove it if it doesn’t apply.
Yes. Organisation owners buy seats per course, assign them to members or volunteers by email and see completion by person. Seats are invoiced, with VAT handled by country.
You can ask for a refund within 14 days as long as you’ve watched less than 30% of it (example terms — to be confirmed).
Every course is checked by the AuditGlass team before it’s published: accuracy and currency of the law, audio and video quality, no copyrighted material, a working quiz, and correct audit mapping.
