About these terms

These terms are between Excytech Limited trading as AuditGlass (“AuditGlass”, “we”) and the organisation that opens an account (“you”). The person accepting them confirms they can bind that organisation. Our privacy notice explains how we use personal data.

What AuditGlass is, and is not

AuditGlass provides structured self-assessments, action plans, templates, courses and access to independent panel experts. It is not legal advice, and a passport is not a certification or an approval by any regulator. You remain responsible for your own compliance.

Accounts and team members

  • Keep sign-in details secure and turn on two-step login where offered.
  • You are responsible for what people you invite do in your account.
  • Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

Plans, prices and payment

  • Prices are shown before you pay. Irish VAT at 23% (or UK VAT at 20% for UK customers) is added where it applies.
  • Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Single audits and courses are one-off purchases. Expert help prices are fixed per type and shown before you confirm.
  • Consumers buying for themselves keep their statutory rights, including the 14-day cancellation right for digital services unless they agreed to start straight away.

Passports

A self-assessed passport reflects your own answers. An expert-verified passport means a panel expert reviewed your answers and evidence on the date shown. Passports last at most 12 months. We may revoke a passport if it was obtained with false answers or evidence, and the public verify page will say so.

Expert help and courses

Panel experts are independent professionals vetted by AuditGlass. AuditGlass sells the help and handles payment. Course content belongs to its authors and is licensed to the people who buy or are given a seat.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, try to break or overload the service, copy our question bank or templates to build a competing product, or share access with people outside your organisation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect loss or for regulatory fines.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where we reasonably can. You can export your data for 30 days after closing; after that it is deleted or pseudonymised as our privacy notice explains.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. Consumers in the UK or elsewhere in the EU keep the protection of their local law.
