Our commitment

Excytech Limited, trading as AuditGlass, is committed to making its website and app accessible. AuditGlass is not a public sector body, but we follow the structure of the EU (Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies) Regulations 2020 (S.I. No. 358 of 2020), and aim to meet the European Accessibility Act requirements for e-commerce services (S.I. No. 636 of 2023).

This statement applies to auditglass.ie and the AuditGlass app.

Compliance status

We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA (EN 301 549). The service is partially compliant because of the items listed below.

Content that is not yet accessible

  • Some charts in board reports do not yet have a full text alternative. A data table is available under each chart.
  • Some older course videos have captions but no transcript. Transcripts are being added.
  • Uploaded evidence files (PDFs, spreadsheets) are shown as provided by the organisation and may not be accessible.
  • Drag-and-drop ordering in the console has keyboard buttons, but screen reader announcements are still being tested.

How we prepared this statement

This statement was prepared on 9 October 2026 from a self-assessment by the AuditGlass team, using automated checks and manual testing with a keyboard, screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and 200% zoom. It will be reviewed at least once a year, and after any major change to the service.

Feedback and contact

If something stops you using AuditGlass, or you need content in another format, email accessibility@auditglass.ie or call 01 504 7000. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to provide an alternative within 20 working days.

Enforcement

If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact the National Disability Authority, which monitors digital accessibility in Ireland (nda.ie), or the Office of the Ombudsman (ombudsman.ie). For consumer services under the European Accessibility Act, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) is the market surveillance authority.
